**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies across our digital platforms (B2C Platform) for in-house.
- Create visually impressive and attractive content for social media (FB, Instagram, TikTok),websites, and digital platforms, including photography, videography, and graphics.
- Stay up to date with the latest photography and videography techniques and tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Regularly conduct marketing research projects (industry trends, FB/Google algorithm changes, consumer markets, and competitive analysis) to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
- Support in organizing and participating in online & offline events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.
- To perform any other related duties when required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commerce, English, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. Fresh Grad encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive team player
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Good Command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin both spoken and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,518.91 - RM5,756.97 per month
