**Job Responsibility**:
**1. System Design and Development**
- Perform site assessments, shading analysis, and energy production calculations.
- Select and configure solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components to meet project requirements.

**2. Project Management**
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar energy systems.
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

**3. Technical Support and Maintenance**
- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to solar systems during and after installation.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring of installed systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

**4. Research and Development**
- Stay updated with advancements in solar technology, equipment, and industry practices.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct feasibility studies for innovative solar solutions, such as BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) and solar storage systems.

**5. Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and system designs for stakeholders and regulatory submissions.

**6. Training and Awareness**
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of solar systems.
- Promote awareness of renewable energy benefits and sustainability initiatives.

**7. Other**
- To execute other relevant tasks given by immediate Superior and the Management.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Certifications in solar technology or project management are a plus.
- Minimum at least 10 to 12 years in solar or related industry.
- Analytical Skills, Information Technology, and Project Management skills.
- Strong Communication and Research skills.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin with China supplier is an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in solar technology or renewable energy projects.

**Employment Mode**
- Part Time Consultancy, Contract or Permanent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
