**Role: BIM Modeler Architecture**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and update detailed 3D BIM models for architectural components (walls, roofs, doors, windows, finishes, etc.) in Revit or similar software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil to ensure model coordination and clash-free designs.
- Generate 2D documentation such as floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details from BIM models.
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to company and industry BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Assist with clash detection, model validation, and coordination tasks using software like Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Participate in model reviews, design coordination meetings, and contribute to project planning and deliverables.
- Support in generating schedules, quantity take-offs, and visualizations (renderings or walkthroughs) as needed.
- Maintain file and data integrity, backup systems, and version control throughout project lifecycles.

**Requirements:Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with BIM software in architectural design or construction.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion) is a plus.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, codes, and documentation.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Autodesk Certified Professional - Revit Architecture.
- Experience with Dynamo or other scripting tools.
- Exposure to 4D/5D BIM, sustainability (LEED, BREEAM), or GIS integration is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
