Skills and Experience

Must have SMT experience, ideally Europlacer pick and place equipment.Motivate team members in order to achieve manufacturing excellence.
- Responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing.
- Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT Printers, Pick and Place Machines, Ovens, AOI equipment, Selective Solder Machine and Wave Solder Machine.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to meet company standards.
- Responsible for quality assurance, documentation and programming.
- Lead and direct the work of others efficiently to achieve the production plan.
- Lead daily team meetings.
- General housekeeping of Surface Mount area.
- Perform a variety of tasks including continuous improvement.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
