**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Tasks**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various online platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, generating reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually refine strategies.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory, handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, and maintain office equipment.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and organization of physical and electronic files.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Assist in document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Support client inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- **Special Projects**:

- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, including process improvements and operational enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.
