Coordinator - Insurance Operations

We are seeking a talented individual to join our** Operations**team at **Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS)**. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
**Insurance Operations - Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing (Supporting Singapore)**
The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Singapore team
**We will count on you to**:
- Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
- Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
- on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
**What you need to have**:
- At least a **bachelor’s degree in any field**:
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing role.
- High Proficiency in using **MS Office Application**:
- Good work ethics with high level of integrity, **detailed oriented, compliant and process driven**
