Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management, Coordination and Follow-Up
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely responses.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers on order status, confirmations, and potential delays.
- Resolve issues related to discrepancies in quantity, quality, or delivery timelines.

Delivery Management
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure orders are received on time and in good condition.
- Proactively address and resolve any delivery delays or disruptions.

Inventory and Documentation
- Support inventory management by providing timely updates on incoming supplies.

Supplier Performance Management
- Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery timeliness, quality, and responsiveness.
- Provide feedback to suppliers and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and onboard new suppliers as required.

Continuous Improvement
- Participate in initiatives to streamline procurement and supplier management processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
