**Our business is Security Automation system such as Access control system / Barrier gate system / RFID long range system / IP CCTV system & etc.**
**Responsibilities**:
1) Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and issue Quotation, Tax Invoice, Service Report.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
2) Sales & Customer Support
- Follow up on quotations with customers.
- Assist in coordinating with sales team, technician, and store when required.
3) Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales & Operation Executive.
- Handle general admin duties to support daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal team and external clients.
4) AutoCount Accounting System
- Operate AutoCount for daily tasks (quotation, invoice, expenses, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in administrative roles.
- Knowledge of **AutoCount** system is an added advantage.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and willing to take initiative to ensure smooth workflow between sales, technical, and admin teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
