To ensure that inventory management, stocktakes, and reconciliation processes are carried out effectively in accordance with the company’s SOPs and policies. The role supports inventory accuracy and transaction flow for warehouse, retail stores, and off-site events. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales operations, minimizing stock discrepancies, and ensuring product availability.

**Inventory Reconciliation & Monthly Closing Preparation**
- Ensure all inventory records and stock movements are accurate and updated timely.
- Perform monthly reconciliation to support financial closing and stock accuracy.

**Physical Stocktake, Reconciliation & Adjustments**
- Plan and schedule stocktakes for Warehouse and Retail Stores.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and communicate on timelines and key cut-off dates.
- Provide physical support during the stocktake.
- Prepare and submit stocktake reports to Operations and Finance.
- Follow up on stock variances and discrepancies.
- Work with the Warehouse and Retail team to resolve discrepancies and highlight major issues to the Operations Manager.

**Inventory Transaction Support**
- Monitor and resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Support regular warehouse cycle counts.
- Verify inter-store transfers and stock adjustments.
- Reconcile online sales and returns with POS and backend systems.
- Ensure accurate processing of returns from damaged, defect, or old-season items.
- Coordinate inventory flow to support promotions, events, and new launches across all sales channels.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Willing to travel to retail stores and warehouse as required.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
