Job Scope
1) Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for
payment.
2) Handle monthly payroll.
3) Handle and maintain General Ledger as a part of full set accounts.
4) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report required by Superiors.
5) Assist in daily administrative duties for the company.
6) Handle inquiries and attend to customer's needs.
7) Input and maintain data into database.
8) Look into customer complaints by investigating the case.
