Building Admin Executive

Accurately enter and update data in various systems or databases.
- Monitor and manage the credit status of clients, ensuring timely payment of invoices and following up on overdue payments.
- Make phone calls to debtors requesting payment and maintain records of communication.
- Compile and send daily reports to management, summarizing key activities, progress, or relevant information.
- Address and respond to inquiries or concerns from clients, providing prompt and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization and record-keeping.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair activities of the office building or facilities, coordinating with service providers and ensuring a safe and functional working environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services to facilitate smooth business operations and create a pleasant working environment.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as required or assist other departments when necessary.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday : 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday : 9am - 5.30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
