**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Liaise with part-time lecturers according to a standard system of guidelines & procedures (SOP) and code of conduct.
- Allocating courses for part-time the lecturer and discuss on the time and day allocation.
- Preparing Lecturer's details for University Partners approval.
- Drafting together with the Academic Affairs Unit, a master timetable and schedule of classes for each semester, both diploma and degree levels.
- Preparing the lecturer's employment contract.
- Forwarding the Course Outlines, Timetable, Academic Calendar, Claims forms, Checklist and Class Attendance to the part-time lecturers.
- Preparing the lecturer claims with the supporting documentation for CEO approval.
- Preparing minutes of meeting for Curriculum Development Review Committee, Student Completion Committee, and departmental meeting.
- Assisting in preparing the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) documentations.
- Preparing Filing for internal audit documents.

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the education sector
- Meticulous, resourceful, able to meet tight deadlines with an eye for detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a pleasant personality and a positive attitude

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
