Requirements:

- Posses diploma in Secretarial Office/Business Administration/Office Management or other related courses.
- Having at least 1 year experience as secretary or in administration department.
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft tools.
- Possess own transport

Jobscope:

- Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for Bosses.
- Organizing and maintaining staff schedules.
- Scheduling and preparing for meetings.
- Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them afterward.
- Preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Providing general assistance to team members and departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
