**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Car Park Operation Department and oversee all operational issues.
- Driving car park projects for upgrades and improvements.
- Monitoring and optimizing car park performance, revenue and manpower allocation.
- Implementing and upholding car park Standard Operating Procedures & Policies.
- Plan and execute upgrade works in the car park as directed by management.
- Implementing and upholding car park Standard Operating Procedures & Policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of car park licenses, equipment recalibration, and service agreements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams for any car park-related operations.
- Efficiently managing and resolving customer complaints in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify and address root causes of abnormal data /incidents /operations.
- Playing a crucial role in devising solutions and overseeing their execution to completion
- Undertaking any other duties and job functions as instructed by the Company or persons acting on its behalf.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in car park management, preferably in shopping malls and office buildings.
- Strong operations skills, leadership abilities, a customer-centric focus, and excellent communication skills.
