**Front Desk Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and partners in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and reflective of the JAECOO brand.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and managing calendars as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder stock as necessary.
- Support HR or Admin with filing, documentation, and internal communication tasks.
- Handle general office correspondence and assist with basic data entry or reports.
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment servicing, and liaise with facility vendors.
- Help organize company events, staff activities, or visits when required.

**Support to Other Departments**
- Assist sales or marketing teams with basic administrative support for events or presentations.
- Maintain records and documents in compliance with company policies.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
