Tasks
Recruiting & Hiring
Support and manage the yearly headcount budgeting process for all departments against the overall corporate strategic plans.
Oversee the recruitment process and function to support the growth and needs of the business. Ensure high potentials are recruited, appropriate sourcing channels are maintained, and brand-marketing opportunities are utilized.
Ensuring employee movement are well managed in consultation with all heads of division/department

Compensation & Benefits
Plan, coordinate and implement remuneration programs in accordance with APAC and central policy or guidelines.
Ensuring Company Variable Compensation payment are calculated and paid timely in accordance to the approved goal set and regulations.
Coordinate yearly compilation database report submitted to APAC coordinator timely and ensure to get the summary report yearly from APAC coordinator.
Plan, review and implement compensation and benefits programs including the administration of staff benefits in accordance to the established policies and procedures

HR System & HR Report
Responsible in maintaining the HR System - e-Claim, e-Leave, Interflex & Prime Explorer (employee card)
Support HRM by preparing POR Report
Prepared HR Monthly report (absenteeism, overtime & headcount report)
Prepared quarterly report (8th EU report)

Operation
Support as representative for HR in Business Team Meeting.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of HR operations
Well knowledge in SAP system
