**HR Executive**

**Basic Salary: Up to 4.5K**
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Friday/alternate Saturday)
Working Location: KLCC

Basic: RM4000-RM4500 (Salary will adjust after confirmation)
Fixed allowance RM1050-RM1250

30 days Annual Leave

**Responsibility**:
1. Implement and improve related policies and procedures for employee entry, conversion, and change.
2. Handle entry procedures for employees, sign, renew and manage employee labor contracts.
3. Responsible for training new employees on corporate system and culture.
4. Organize and assist in recruitment or talent acquisition.
5. Handle staff transfer and resignation procedures, and assist in risk control inspections.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, in addition with acceptable level of English.
2. HR experience is preferred.
3. Basic HR knowledge (human resource management workflow and operation method) is preferred
4. Familiar with using MS Office software.
5. Understanding the national labor laws and policies is preferred.
6. Attentive and responsible.
7. Alternate Saturday

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
