As business intelligence, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.- Support various business units (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) as an analytical and reporting partner to plan, strategise, and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making. - Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects, develop reports and dashboards to enable real-time, daily, weekly and monthly business performance review. - Manage a team of high performing individuals to achieve and execute business plans - Provide solid technical supporting on automation and business projects - Translate complex business requests to exceptional technical tasks - Automate manual reporting by VBA/Python/SQL - Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end - Solve complex data projects by using variable algorithms **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree, preferably in data analytics, statistics, information systems or any other quantitative discipline - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics with min 1 years experience in e-commerce industry - Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a team of >3 functional experts to deliver projects and data-driven business performance - Proven technical skills in SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau - Strong experience in data analysis and data visualisation - Strong ability to present and communicate key information to senior stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner - Able to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions - Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment - Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutions
