**Responsibilities**:

- Assist superior to ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies
- Financial activities included but not limited to:
○ Assist in preparing payments

○ Assist in Daily, Weekly and Monthly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of supplier statements and banker acceptance.

○ Assist in checking stock in and credit note in system.
- Other adhoc task related to AP related job scope
- Assist superior to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documentary transactions
- Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and Team Objective are met
- Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by superiors/managers

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
- Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
- Highly committed and able to work independently.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment is essential.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
