1. Reporting to IT Manager
2. Responsible for all Helpdesk tasks to provide level one supports upon helpdesk cases.
3. Ensure maintains MIS hardware and software inventory records are update.
4. Ensure All PCs (Desktop/Latop/Company Devices) are installed virus security and protected.
6. Configure, deploy and relocate Desktop/Latops/Devices.
7. To Ensure All Company Devices are follow with standards of IT Policy.
8. To Maintain Inthernet,Telephone,Fax Lines.
9. Coordinate with Technical Support (Vendors/contractor) such as Installation cable, telephone, etc.
10.Identify, troubleshoot, resolve any issue raise from End-user. Ensure all request are resolved promptly.
11.Installing, Identify and Troubleshoot any printers/photostat machine issues depend on End-User's order.
12.Report and Respond to IT Corporate on potential of Cyber-Security Threats.
13.To Ensure IT Enviroments are safely.
14. Other duties and assignment by superior from time to time.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
