**Responsibilities**:

- _Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. _
- _Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system. _
- _Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions. _
- _Conduct remote troubleshooting and guide users through step-by-step solutions. _
- _Monitor and report any downtime or issues related to Azure cloud servers. _
- _Collaborate with Azure support to raise and track support requests for cloud server-related incidents._
- _Provide occasional onsite support as needed. _

**Qualifications**:

- _Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Specialist or similar role. _
- _Solid understanding of IT fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies. _
- _Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. _
- _Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. _
- _Familiarity with Azure cloud services and the ability to navigate Azure Portal. _
- _Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and onsite environment. _
- _Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus. _
- _Possess own transpo_rt.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
