**Job Purpose**:
The Malaysia and Singapore CFO is a critical finance role responsible for overseeing the financial operations and driving the financial growth models of Malaysia and Singapore. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth agenda of the company, work closely with senior management, and contribute to business growth in diverse markets. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Strategy**: Develop and implement financial growth models and drive the performance of Malaysia and Singapore.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports and statements.
- ** Budgeting and Forecasting**: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and profitability.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve financial goals.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Extensive experience in financial management.
- ** Certifications**: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are often preferred.
