For pre contract work.
- Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for the client and subcontractor.
- Attend site meetings and site valuations.
- Carry out quantity measurement and manage project contract administration.
- Prepare tender submissions, cost estimations, and built-up rates.
- Co-ordination/liase with the client, consultant and sub-contractor/supplier.
- Assist the contract manager in preparing and monitoring the cost budget for the project.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge in cost estimation, claims, and certification.
- Enthusiastic, diligent, and meticulous.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
