**Responsibilities**

Developing and implementing growth strategies and plans

Managing and retaining relationships with existing customers & increasing customer base

Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

To increase sales volume from existing customer & provide excellent customer service and technical support.

To conduct quarterly milestone review of strategy and target as and when needed

Ensure consistency high RFQ response time and follow up

To follow up the entire project & ensure receipt of payment from customer

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing is required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing or business development experience in a lead role or management position.

Experience in sheet metal/CNC/plastic/machine automation, semiconductor, medical, aluminium extrusion, aerospace industry and managing large-scale and international marketing experience with proven sales track record in increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Operating knowledge of ERP system is essential and knowledge of (PeopleSoft/SAP/BOSS) is advantages.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
