**Architect Asst/ Drafter**

**Qualifications & experience**
- At least 2-3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, designing, sketching, rendering & Microsoft software.
- Preparing conceptual & sketch proposals.
- Taking notes and following up projects or other assignments.
- Preparing documents & drawings for submission or construction purposes
- To coordinate with Client, Local Authority, Consultants or contractors for all building and submission matters.
- To involve in construction implementation.
- Site visit for site analysis, site measurement and check if work done in accordance with drawings.
