**Responsibilities**:

- Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance (IDG) solution to meet customer requirements
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
- Interact/coordinate with customers as required
- Provide technical oversight and direction to junior Engineers
- Assist operations team as required, coordinate with the product engineering team
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/equivalent in IT Engineering or Diplomas
- 7-14 years (L3 & L4) of IAM industry experience in development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
- Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA/IAM/PAM
- Domain knowledge
- User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation
- Application Support and Operations Management
- Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
- Access Certification
- SOD
- Cloud Security
- Must have Java/J2EE, JSON, SQL/PLSQL knowledge
- Must have experience in developing Azure, AD, REST, JDBC and Disconnected connectors in Saviynt
- Experience in creating Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs
- Access Request Workflow Development with IDM products
- Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM tools like Saviynt
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Clear on IAM concepts like RBAC, Reconciliation, Rogue provisioning, Orphan accounts, etc.
- Hands on experience with Identity Management and Governance products
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, Communicate the requirements and Design directly with Customer and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexible to work on shifts during Deployments and support during priority break fix calls.
