About the job IT Consultant - Collaboration

**IT Consultant Collaboration within the Digital Workspace team**.

The IT Consultant - Collaboration serves as an accountable person for technical support, management and solutions for the Office 365 platform, Exchange Online & OnPrem as well as Mailbox Archiving. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on service design, global project implementation and 3rd level support as part of the Digital Workspace team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for technical support, management, and solutions of Office 365, Exchange Online & OnPrem, and Mailbox Archiving.
- Responsible for configuration, policies, features, and functionality based on agreed SLAs & KPIs.
- Ensuring efficient troubleshooting, researching, and resolution of Exchange Online & OnPrem, O365, and Mailbox archiving issues.
- Leading or facilitating investigations and tasks related to the services.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for incidents, problems, and changes.
- Actively participating in operational ITIL processes such as Incident, Change Management, Problem Management, and Availability Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in end-user support, focusing on Exchange Online and O365 platforms.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Office, DNS, AD, LDAP, DHCP, Auto discovery, Mail retention policies, O365 hybrid, client connectivity, and PowerShell.
- Proficiency in Exchange Online PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge and experience in SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Power Platform are advantageous.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, cross-cultural experience, project management skills, and updating technical documentation as needed.
