Job Description/Responsibilities:

- Assist project manager/engineer to manage project and supervise daily project site activity
- Ensures safety and compliance standards are adhered to
- Coordinate and fulfill requests by scheduling staff, vendors, and placing work orders
- Communicate with and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Liase with customers for project requirements
- Support and track the progress of the project
- Support cost-cutting development projects and enhancements to the delivery process
- Assist in planning and organizing project tasks
- Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Certificate or any relevant certificates
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field
- Experience working on a similar task would be added advantage
- Strong technical knowledge or skills in Air-conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation (ACMV) would be added advantage
- Good knowledge of local safety regulations
