Job Summary - Data analysis skill and propose options in support raw material supply and finished good demand. - Responsible to update the production schedules and reviewing it on a daily basis to prioritize job orders for production optimization; follow-up with all teams to expedite flow of materials and document to meet production schedule and inventory and marketing expectation. - Update the production planning schedule and complete the status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory. - Work closely with respective department/ personnel to ensure that PSS, TC, COA, QC release, payment are on tract and delivered as planned. - Liaise with supplier / vendor on out sources service / fabrication and keep track of the delivery schedule. - Monitor and follow up closely on production yield and production related reports. - Source, evaluate and select new supplier both local & overseas in accordance with the company requirement and guidelines. - Monitor cost fluctuation, cost negotiation & service performance of supplier. - Coordinate and forecast purchase of raw materials or parts according to production schedule and inventory needs. - To perform other Ad hoc duties / request from time to time. Competency requirement - Strong organizational and communications skills. - Details oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. - Initiative, trustworthiness, self-motivated and teamwork with the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Positive working attitude with pleasant personality and Independent. - Good problem solving and analytical skills. - Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and with SAP knowledge will be added advantages.. - Good knowledge in shipping, logistics, procurement and inventory planning will be added advantage. - Min 2-3 years working experiences. - Mandarin speaker due to have to liaise with Taiwan counterpart. - Able to converse and write in Mandarin, English and Malay.
