Benefits after probation:

- Entitled to 14 days of annual leave and 14 days of medical leave.
- Fully attendance allowance will be provided (RM100-RM300).

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
Provide clerical support to manager and staffs as follows:

- Keys various correspondents and documents.
- Handles all matters with confidentiality.
- Prepare and read records of various reports on the computer.
- Maintains a true knowledge of the office including the locations of various files documents and reports to keep the office organized.
- Schedule appointments, assist in preparation for the appointment and keep the appointment calendar updated.
- Distributes memos and manager notifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least one year of related administrative experience.

Attention to accuracy and details.

Ability to handle pressure.

Ability to work well with others.

Expert in Microsoft Office.
