**Primary Purpose and Scope**
- Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiency
- Patient registration, prescriptions preparation, dispensing medicines
- Coordinate patient care at the clinic.
- Order and keep stock of medication and manage clinic tasks
- Manage daily clinic operations, filing system, and cleanliness

**Accountabilities and Key Result Areas**
- Assist Doctor during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures
- Administer medication to patients based on a doctor's prescription.
- Communicate with doctors about patients’ progress and condition throughout treatment.
- Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointments
- Update and document all medical care given to the patients.
- Deal with inquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services
- To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tallied with the taking before closing accounts.
- To manage clinic administration work and the company's online system
- Monitor and order medicines and products
- To perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Able to work long hours or to do shift work as and when required.

- Careclinics Klinik Ramabai & Surgeri, 14, Jalan Burung Tiong Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
