**Position : Infra Coordinator**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur**
**Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)**
**Salary: RM 7,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end infrastructure setup (network, power, cabling, racks, workplace setups, etc.)
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (IT, Facilities, Production) and external vendors or contractors
- Ensure timely delivery and installation by external service providers
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate delays or quality issues
- Gather requirements from business users and cross-functional teams
- Provide regular progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations
- Track timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans
- Perform quality checks to ensure infrastructure readiness for production
- Maintain detailed documentation of all plans, changes, and approvals
- Deliver clear and consistent status reports to project managers and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in infrastructure coordination, IT project delivery, or facilities setup
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with production floor environments and safety protocols is an advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
