ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily update of all stock details and car movement into given files.
- Responsible in booking Puspakom appointments for inspection B2, B5 and B7.
- To prepare documents needed for Puspakom inspection including keys.
- Responsible in handling incoming car keys and documents with no mistakes.
- To manage the inventory stocks and stock list of all Retail cars.
- Responsible in keeping track of all Retail cars movement and updating relevant reports with no mistakes.
- Responsible in managing stock check reports with no mistakes.
- Provide administration support to sales and operations department such as preparing keys for Product Genius for test drive purposes with immediate response.
- Maintain and update central filing systems, achieve documents and handle documents storange for Inventory.
- Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Qualification: Diploma/ Degree/ Relevant working experience
- Experience: At least 3 years working experienceSkills/ Knowledge:

- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
