**Responsibilities**:

- Verify parts delivery notes, scan and process incoming parts, and manage warehouse transfers.
- Ensure proper parts protection, report inventory or operational abnormalities, and maintain accurate ERP/Kingdee data.
- Supervise material handlers to prepare, feed, and return materials on time according to orders, and handle emergencies.
- Oversee recovery and accounting of empty containers, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor daily forklift inspection/maintenance and ensure warehouse cleanliness, upkeep, and safety.
- Evaluate material handlers’ performance, ensure SOP compliance, and verify correct outbound/return operations via production boards.
- Manage parts traceability through ERP, and assist Warehouse/Logistics Supervisors with planning tasks.
- Complete ad-hoc assignments from management promptly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in **Mandarin**, English, Malay, due to regional team interactions.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material control experience, with leader experience preferred.
- Familiar with ERP systems (experience with Kingdee is an advantage).
- Able to operate and supervise forklift/stacker activities.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.
