**Responsibilities**：

1. Responsible for overall warehouse operation including receiving, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

2. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.

3. Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

4. To determine the most efficient use of storage space and implement proper shelving labelling and arrangement of products in order to provide easy accessibility and systematic storage of goods.

5. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.

6. To implement proper handling procedures train staff on safe material handling practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements：**

1. Proven experience (2 years) in warehouse management and related field.

2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

4. Forklift certification an advantage.

5. Housekeeping of working area to ensure cleanliness.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Qualifications ：**

Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
