**Recruitment & Selection**
- Help HR screen and match job applicants with job requirements.
- Ask applicants for more information when needed.
- Work with department heads to schedule interviews for staff-level applicants.
- Help run interviews and make sure forms/tests (IQ, PDPA, personality, etc.) are completed.
- Schedule medical checkups for new hires.
- Update the job vacancy board.
- Handle student nurse entry process (medical checks, contracts, etc.) when needed.
- Do basic background/reference checks.
- Inform relevant teams about new employee start dates.
**Training & Development**
- Organize new staff orientation and induction programs.
- Prepare and send orientation schedules and employee lists for approval.
- Arrange logistics (schedule, equipment, snacks) for orientation.
- Update job descriptions for staff roles.
- Distribute probation appraisal forms to department heads.
- Compile yearly performance appraisal summaries.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Process staff health claims and reimbursements.
- Track staff health, leave, and attendance data for monthly reports.
- Register employees for SOCSO and EPF.
- Help employees with SOCSO claims.
- Send fruit baskets or wreaths for staff who are hospitalized or deceased.
- Help plan company events (dinner, trips, family days).
- Support HRM in gathering performance appraisal data.
**Administration**
- Monitor daily staff attendance and fix errors in the system.
- Enter employee data and keep it verified and filed properly.
- Keep both electronic and paper records accurate and secure.
- Protect employee personal data in line with data protection laws.
- Prepare letters for transfers, confirmations, retirements, etc.
- Update payroll with new staff details and other relevant info.
- Issue staff ID badges and uniforms.
- Handle incoming calls and general staff inquiries.
- Sort and distribute HR mail.
- Arrange interview schedules for HRM.
- Manage and distribute office memos and documents.
- Fill in as personal assistant to COO or Medical Director when needed.
- Keep HR workspaces clean and organized.
- Request and manage office supplies.
**HR Planning**
- Help manage contract status and retirement tracking.
- Support HRM in handling job openings.
- Help analyze staffing needs.
**Labor & Industrial Relations**
- Respond to employee questions professionally.
- Forward any complex queries to the right person.
- Maintain HR suggestion/feedback box.
- Understand and follow the Staff Handbook and labor policies.
- Help with HR projects and tasks given by the HRM.
