**Location**: Subang Jaya SS15 (10-11 minutes walk from SS15 LRT)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Gaji Pokok : RM2000-RM5000 + komisen**

**Deskripsi Jawatan**:
Kami sedang mencari individu yang **berkeyakinan tinggi, petah bercakap dan berorientasikan hasil** untuk menyertai pasukan jualan kami sebagai Telemarketing (Corporate Sales ). Anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam memperkenalkan perkhidmatan syarikat kepada pelanggan korporat melalui panggilan telefon dan menyokong proses jualan dari prospek hingga pendaftaran.

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Membuat panggilan keluar kepada syarikat-syarikat untuk memperkenalkan produk atau perkhidmatan kami (contohnya: latihan korporat / penyelesaian perniagaan).
- Kenal pasti keperluan pelanggan dan cadangkan penyelesaian yang sesuai.
- Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan sedia ada dan bakal pelanggan.
- Tetapkan temujanji untuk pegawai jualan atau bantu pelanggan membuat pendaftaran terus.
- Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan jualan untuk mencapai sasaran bulanan.
- Kemas kini maklumat pelanggan dan status prospek dalam sistem CRM.

**Kelayakan**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Ijazah dalam mana-mana bidang.
- Pengalaman dalam telemarketing/jualan adalah satu kelebihan (namun latihan disediakan).
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Yakin bercakap dengan pelanggan korporat dan mampu mengendalikan penolakan secara profesional.
- Berdisiplin, bermotivasi tinggi dan mampu bekerja mengikut sasaran (KPI).
- Mempunyai minat dalam bidang jualan B2B atau servis profesional.
