Responsibilities:

- Responsible in assisting the Technical Executive in planning, organizing, leading and controlling effectively the operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Fire Command Center (FCC).
- Responsible for ensuring that the overall fire alarm system is in a good operation and maintenance condition.
- Monitor, control and improves the Operations & Maintenance Method, Quality of Service and Quality Control Programmed.
- Assist the Technical Executive in the Building Evacuation Programmed, Fire Drill, Emergency Crisis and any other crisis of similar nature.
- Adhere to all the Company’s Safety rules and regulations and also be responsible in ensuring the working place is being protected from unsafe conditions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when required by the Company.
- Act as situation unit leader in the event of emergency.

Qualification:

- **Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply**:

- At least 1 years and above related working experience in Facilities Management is advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Proactive, aggressive, high responsiveness and able to work independently;
- **Able to work shift and standby on public holidays / rest day**;
- **Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
