Lab Technician

**_Duties/Responsibilities: _**
- In charge of incoming raw material, inspection in-process&FG, inspection of product in line/outgoing.
- In charge of inspection of incoming Green beans including sampling.
- In charge with audit, pest control, and key in Data in SAP/Oracle System.
- To carry out analysis and sampling timely and accurately according to Standard Operation Procedures and Master Quality Plan established.
- To follow procedures required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain laboratory’s cleanliness.
- To responsible as a “replacement” for microbiological Laboratory.
- To ensure safe working practices and usage of PPE during handling with chemicals.
- To perform daily calibration of all equipment in laboratory.
- To prepare related chemical solution according to working instruction.
- To report testing result to Production Supervisor for immediate action taken.
- To Issue PNCR to production for all non-conforming products.
- To prepare PSS, Sales and R&D sample as per request.
- To assist Lab Supervisor in training new technician (on-job training).
- To assist Lab Supervisor organized daily product sensory evaluation.
- To control stock level of chemical, consumable item and stationary in laboratory. Key in data in QA SAP system.
- **Requirement/Qualification **:_
- SPM and above
- Knowledge and experience in Food Industry/QA or QC department.
- Experience in Warehouse
- This position is for MALE only

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
