We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales within the pharmacy sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to make a significant impact on our business.
**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing pharmacy customers.
- Regularly visit pharmacy outlets to understand their needs and promote our supplement products.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Sales Growth**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Actively seek out and secure new pharmacy accounts to expand our market presence.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our supplement products.
- Train pharmacy staff on product details, ensuring they can effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
**Market Research**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and potential areas for business growth.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager for analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or supplement sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or supplement industry.
