**Menyokong Pengurus Besar dalam Business Development / Strategi Perniagaan**
- Menyusun bahan untuk pitching atau pembentangan pelaburan serta mengatur mesyuarat dan sesi pembentangan dengan pelabur berpotensi
- Menyusun dokumentasi untuk CRM, strategi jualan & template komunikasi
- Menyediakan cadangan pasaran baharu untuk semakan Pengurus Besar
- Membantu dalam pelaksanaan strategi digital marketing
- Menyokong pengurus besar dalam pelaksanaan inisiatif pembangunan perniagaan
- Menyediakan laporan bulanan kemajuan pemasaran kepada pengurus besar

**Penjanaan Leads**
- Menjana prospek baharu melalui media sosial, online dan aktiviti komuniti
- Mengurus konten pendidikan pergigian untuk media sosial dan pendidikan pelanggan
- Melaksanakan rakaman gambar dan video untuk promosi
- Menyokong pelaksanaan promosi khas & menjalankan kempen digital (FB, IG, TikTok Ads, Whatsapp) khusus mengikut musim / tarikh

**Penjagaan Hubungan Prospek**
- Mengurus, mengekalkan CRM & menyediakan laporan CRM mingguan & mengemaskini data pelanggan CRM (hubungan dengan leads dan pelanggan)
- Menjalankan follow-up berkala (sama ada melalui panggilan, e-mel, WhatsApp, atau mesyuarat) dengan prospek dan pelanggan B2B (Syarikat korporat besar yang perlukan dental screening staf, klinik panel, pakej rawatan khas untuk staf hotel, kilang, bank, tentera dll.), B2G (Projek komuniti kerajaan, KKM/Sekolah) & antarabangsa
- Follow-up lead yang belum booking dengan whatsapp reminder, call soft-sell, cadangan rawatan, konten edukasi
- Meningkatkan referral pelanggan melalui pengurusan hubungan baik

**Membantu Proses Jualan & Penyampaian Servis Rawatan**
- Menyokong proses jualan dan penyampaian maklumat kepada pelanggan
- Memberi nasihat kesihatan mulut secara lisan atau bertulis kepada pelanggan & umum
- Membantu pelanggan sedia ada membuat rawatan tambahan (upsell) dengan pendidikan Pelanggan

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Pendidikan dan Pengalaman**
- Diploma dalam bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Perniagaan atau berkaitan (SPM dengan pengalaman relevan juga dipertimbangkan)
- Sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) tahun kerja dalam pemasaran, jualan, perkhidmatan pelanggan, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman industri kesihatan/klinik diberi keutamaan
- Kelebihan tambahan jika pernah bekerja di klinik gigi, tahu asas copywriting atau rakaman video, asas pelaporan (Indikator bulanan / Excel)
- Tinggal di Kelantan diberi keutamaan

**Kemahiran Teknikal**
- Mahir menggunakan media sosial (FB, IG, TikTok)
- Tahu asas Canva / design ringan
- Tahu guna WhatsApp Business, Google Sheet
- Tahu urus CRM (manual atau sistem)

Kemahiran Komunikasi (Lancar berkomunikasi secara lisan dan bertulis (BM & ringkas BI) serta mampu memberi penerangan rawatan dengan jelas)

**Sikap Personaliti**:

- Mesra pelanggan, sabar, konsisten follow-up
- Suka belajar tentang kesihatan pergigian
- Mampu bekerja dengan sedikit pemantauan

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
