**Responsibility**
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing system
- Communicate with external vendors and service providers
- Organize and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in organizing staff events.
- Support the team with various administrative projects as needed.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
