**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Production Executive** to oversee production operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources, maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and driving continuous improvement in production processes. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Determine the best and most efficient use of resources (equipment & staff) to meet production goals.
- Oversee dispensing, mixing, filling, and packaging processes in compliance with approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Establish and enforce company policies, GMP standards, and safety procedures for staff.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure initial and continuous training of production staff are conducted and updated as required.
- Monitor workflow, recommend changes in operations/equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee qualifications and validations related to Production, ensuring proper execution & documentation.
- Ensure production line clearance checks are strictly implemented.
- Prepare, review, and maintain production-related documentation.
- Investigate problems, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure production records are reviewed and signed by authorized personnel before submission to QC.
- Report non-conformities and deviations to the Production & Warehouse Manager for immediate rectification.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably GMP-regulated).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, committed, and results-driven team player.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin** (must-have).
- Malaysian nationals only.

**Benefits**
- Basic Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000
- Insurance coverage.
- Annual leave: 12 - 14 days.
- Probation: 3 - 6 months.
- Stable working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.15pm.
