**Your Responsibilities:
- **
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Develops customer profiles and maintains an effective trace system, in order to best meet the clients’ needs.
- Maintains open communication with all co-workers for the best guest experience.
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through appointments, and cold calling.
- Manage all events related to wedding (preparing venue, invitations etc.).
- Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or tradeshows.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
