**Intern - Shipping Department**

**Location**: Pulau Indah
**Department**: Shipping / Logistics
**Duration**: Minimum 3 months (preferably 6 months)

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate student in **Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business / Maritime Studies / Business Administration** or related field.
- Good communication and writing skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Familiar with **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- **Willing to be based in Pulau Indah.**:

- **Interview will be conducted face-to-face at Pulau Indah.**

**Job Exposure / Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and updating **shipping documentation** (Booking, BL, Invoice, Packing List).
- Coordinate with forwarding agents, transporters, and customers on shipment schedules.
- Update shipment tracking and ensure timely delivery.
- Support export and import documentation process.
- Assist in maintaining proper filing and records for shipping documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Shipping Executive / Supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
