o Answers incoming calls following the Amari Brand Standard telephone etiquette.
- Directs call to guest rooms, team members or departments.
- Places outgoing calls.
- Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
- Logs all wakeup call requests and performs wakeup call services.
- Provides information about hotel services to guests.
- Understand the telephone operator FCS system operations.
- Understand and aware the action to take when an emergency call is required.
- Assist in reporting telephone equipment or services complaints and issues.
- To be fully aware of and adhere of health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures.
- Ensure to update the latest information at the information board.
- Ensure to protect guest information at all times.
- To be knowledgeable about Onyx Rewards.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
