**Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 + RM 2,000 - RM 10,000 commission

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia

Job description:

- Preparing comprehensive campaign briefs, conducting in-depth audience and market research, and utilizing the findings to develop effective strategies.
- Crafting persuasive and engaging copy for various digital platforms.
- Managing the end-to-end process of campaign setup, closely monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for maximum results.
- Generating detailed campaign reports to track key metrics and provide insights for future improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication and successful campaign execution.
- Taking ownership of website updates and enhancements to maintain its relevance and effectiveness.
- Promoting the job opening on reputable job boards, industry-specific websites, and targeted social media platforms.
- Leveraging our extensive professional networks and industry associations to seek recommendations and referrals.
- Actively engaging in sales calls to drive performance and increase commission earnings.

Job Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or Business.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus, along with strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to create designs using tools like Canva or any other suitable medium.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign or Marketo.
- Handle company website update.
- Utilizing above tasks with AI to be added advantage.
