**JOB SCOPE**:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere at all times.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu — including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary options.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Highlight daily specials and current promotions to guests.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems or order slips.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to presentation.
- Deliver attentive customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare tables before service — setting up linens, glassware, cutlery, and condiments neatly.
- Present bills, handle payments accurately, and issue receipts or change as needed.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Ensure all front-of-house areas, including dining and bar sections, meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Support smooth daily operations by assisting with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (required).
- No prior experience needed — training will be provided
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fresh graduates, ex-cabin crew, former hospitality staff, intern and individuals with customer service experience are highly encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, New-Grad
Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
