**Title**:E-Commerce Executive

**Summary**:
We are seeking a E-Commerce Executive to join us as part of our growing business. This role is based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate deep understanding of e-commerce flow and online marketplace operations
- Supervise day-to-day marketplace activities including order fulfillment and account management on platforms like Shopee and Lazada
- Manage product listings and pricing across online platforms
- Handle customer inquiries through various online channels effectively
- Maintain brand's e-commerce site and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist in creative setup for store, social, and e-commerce campaigns (e.g., store openings, 11.11, 12.12)
- Collaborate with E-commerce team lead to execute marketing calendar for enhanced brand visibility and sales
- Participate in online campaign development to drive engagement and sales
- Display adaptability, multitasking ability, and willingness to experiment with new ideas to boost online sales and traffic
- Work independently to drive projects to completion and exceed goals

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing online marketplaces, preferably with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or Magento
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP function
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for graphics and image editing
- Ability to perform basic video editing tasks
- Basic programming skills would be advantageous

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
