**Job Title: E-commerce Assistant / Executive**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Live Streaming Management**
- Host engaging and informative live streaming sessions on platforms such as Shopee Live, TikTok Live, or IG/FB Live to promote products and interact with customers.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate live stream content in alignment with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create creative and impactful live stream strategies.
**E-commerce Operations**
- Support daily e-commerce activities including product listing, stock updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
- Ensure accurate and attractive presentation of product information across platforms.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
**Customer Service & Engagement**
- Respond to customer inquiries across platforms, including social media, e-commerce chat, and during live sessions.
- Provide real-time support and assistance to customers during live streams, ensuring a positive and interactive experience.
- Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of communication to enhance customer trust and loyalty.
**Content Creation & Coordination**
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop visuals, scripts, and talking points for live content.
- Ensure product features and benefits are clearly and effectively communicated during live broadcasts.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media and digital platforms when needed.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in **English and/or Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Confident, engaging personality with a strong on-camera presence.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and content management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and retail environments.
- Proficiency in managing in-store campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for retailer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creativity in designing impactful POS materials and trade promotions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably experience in ecommerce industry. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with retail environments and consumer goods is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
